Scale plan · CRM integration
No developer needed — Zapier sits in the middle and does the connecting for you. Takes about 15 minutes the first time.
Every time Meet FrontDesk finishes a call, it sends the details (caller's number, name, how long the call was, what happened) to one web address — whatever address you've put in your Settings. Zapier's job is to be that address: it catches what Meet FrontDesk sends, and then hands it off to Jobber, Housecall Pro, or wherever else you want it to go.
You don't write any code. You click through a few screens in Zapier, copy one address it gives you, and paste it into Meet FrontDesk. That's the whole setup.
Do this once, regardless of which CRM you're connecting to.
Go to zapier.com and sign up — the free plan is enough for this.
Click Create → Zap. This is Zapier's name for "a connection between two apps."
Search for Webhooks by Zapier in the trigger app search, then choose the event Catch Hook. This tells Zapier "wait for something to be sent to me."
Zapier generates a unique web address that looks like https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/12345/abcde/. Copy the whole thing.
In your dashboard, go to Settings → Team & integrations, paste the address into "CRM / webhook lead push", and save.
Call your own Meet FrontDesk number and let it take a message or book a job, then hang up. Back in Zapier, click Test trigger — you should see that call's details show up (caller's number, name, how long it lasted, what happened).
https://.Pick your CRM below. This is the second half of the same Zap — you're just adding what happens after Zapier catches the call.
In the same Zap from Part 1, click the + below your trigger to add a second step.
Type Jobber in the app search and choose it. Zapier will ask you to log into your Jobber account and allow the connection — this is between you and Jobber, Meet FrontDesk never sees your Jobber login.
Pick Create Client if you want new callers added as contacts, or Create Job / Request if you want the call to show up as work to schedule. You can add both as separate steps if you want.
Zapier shows Jobber's fields (Name, Phone, Notes, etc.) next to dropdowns — for each one, pick the matching piece of data from the test call in Part 1 (for example, Jobber's "Phone" field gets Meet FrontDesk's caller_number).
Click Test step — check Jobber to confirm the client or job actually appeared. Once it looks right, turn the Zap on.
In the same Zap from Part 1, click the + below your trigger to add a second step.
Type Housecall Pro in the app search and choose it, then log in and allow the connection when prompted.
Pick Create Customer or Create Job depending on whether you want new callers added as contacts or as scheduled work.
Line up Housecall Pro's fields with the Meet FrontDesk data from your Part 1 test — name, phone number, and notes are the ones most people connect.
Click Test step, confirm it shows up correctly inside Housecall Pro, then turn the Zap on.
Most CRMs (ServiceTitan, Podium, monday.com, HubSpot, a Google Sheet — even email) already have a ready-made Zapier connection. Click + to add an action step and search for its name.
If your CRM isn't on Zapier at all, and it can accept raw webhook data directly, you (or whoever manages it) can point it at the same JSON data Meet FrontDesk sends — skipping Zapier entirely. The exact fields are below.
